How can I deposit?
Currently players can deposit via USDC and USDT on the BTC, ETH, and TRON chains, or via Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and T88. We also offer a third party link to purchase virtual currency via credit card and then deposit T88.

I have two accounts, can I merge them into one account?
This option is not currently available in the game. We are unable to transfer or combine the properties from one account to another due to the consideration of game fairness. It's suggested that you could save all your accounts with different emails and play separately.

Why not accepting my email address?
If you cannot get an email verification code from us, please kindly check 1) if you enter an invalid email address; 2) open your spam folder to see if there are any verification emails. If our emails went to your spam folder, please move it to your mailbox and add us as your contact lest other emails that include important information be decided as spam.
If it still can't be solved, please feel free to contact Player Support. We are always happy to help!

How can I close my account?
You can make a request for deletion of all data and/or delete your Bitskill account by submitting a request via the support page or email at Bitskillofficial@gmail.com.
Once the account is deactivated, any unused T88 and assets will be forfeited.

Can I change my e-mail address?
Currently, we do not have a way to disconnect a email address once it has been bound to your Bitskill account. This is done for the security and fairness of our platform. Therefore, it is recommended that you bind your account to your usual email address.
