There are several reasons why a match might be aborted, such as when: The game is interrupted by another app while you're playing and you switch to it to answer a call or message. The game is paused for an extended period of time. Your device loses its internet connection while you're in the middle of a match. To help avoid this situation, we recommend the following tips: 1.You could use a strong & steady network connection to play games and pay attention to the condition of your device vigilantly to avoid such circumstances. 2.Close as many background apps on your device as possible in order to conserve its resources. 3.Make sure your device has a strong battery charge, as a weak charge can limit performance. If your match is aborted for unknown reason, it is suggested that you contact Player Support in game.

Our match system will only match players with an opponent of a similar skill level, ensuring that each match is on a fair and level playing field. We understand that waiting for pending games can be frustrating, but it's an occasional side effect of our matching process. While most matches are usually found quickly, it can sometimes take a few days to find a suitable opponent. If for some reason we can't find a worthy opponent for you within 72 hours, the matches will be automatically canceled and your cash or gem entry fee will be refunded. You will never be charged an entry fee for a game that is not completed.
